# Privacy Policy

## Data Collection

Gig Songbook does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.

All data you enter — songs, setlists, and settings — is stored on your device and, if you are signed into iCloud, in your **private iCloud container**. Your data is never accessible to the app developer or any third party.

## iCloud Sync

If iCloud is enabled on your device, your songs, setlists, and settings are synced across your devices via Apple's iCloud service using CloudKit document storage. This data is stored in your personal, private iCloud container and is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy: [https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy)

You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device's Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Gig Songbook.

## Third-Party Services

The app does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting services, or any third-party tracking.

Chord diagram images are fetched from a public GitHub repository solely to render chord fingerings on-screen. No personal data is included in these requests.

The app makes the following outbound network requests, all of which are user-initiated:

## In-App Purchases

Gig Songbook offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Gig Songbook Pro") processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. The app does not handle or store any payment information. ## Children

The app is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

## Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised date.
